1 Peter 1:7 So that [the genuineness] of your faith may be tested, [your faith] which is infinitely more precious than the perishable gold which is tested and purified by fire. [This proving of your faith is intended] to redound to [your] praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) is revealed.

Father Lord! I stand with my brothers and sisters that are being persecuted in Africa. Father, I pray for Your grace and mercy will cover them. I pray that You will strengthen them as they go through this difficult time. May they always remember Your love! In Jesus’ Name, Amen!

Remain in Christ, my brothers. Even when everything seems abandoned and lost for you, do not forget that there is a God who watches over us, who has a purpose for everything and who loves you. Do not forget the promise of receiving eternal salvation through Christ, which will give you the reward you deserve if you persevere in the love of the One who gave everything for you on that cross.
