I have lived in Kenya and travelled quite a bit in Africa. I have friends and know missionaries there - the whole continent is being torn apart by violence against Christians, but I know particularly Nigeria. Prayers especially for those who have lost loved ones in this terrible persecution🙏

Sovereign Lord, we pray for our dear persecuted brothers and sisters in Nigeria. We plead for you to give them protection, justice and Your provision. May their government acknowledge their plight and provide for them as it should. For Jesus's sake. Amen

I have found over 60 plus years that God is Faithful even when things have not been easy for me. Standing up for the Gospel and what is Right has a price , but as the Chinese church says so often if you do not suffer for following Jesus you are not having an impact. So we take up our cross and follow Him , it is so worth it

Dear Father, I pray that You will look in mercy on the people of Nigeria. May there be huge revival in the country, with leaders and people recognising You as Lord. May there be an end to the fighting, kidnapping, rape and plunder. Be with Your people whom You love and rescue them from all the horrors, returning their loved ones to them and enabling them to rejoice in You and live in peace.
